What to expect?

Consultation

Your initial consultation will be conducted by one of our senior coaches. We'll review your background including: injury history, medical details, training, and nutrition, as well as your goals and overall abilities. We'll also work on setting goals and creating a plan, discussing how Pure Physique can support you in reaching your long-term objectives. At the end of the session, we'll match you with the Pure coach who is best suited to your needs based on the information gathered, ensuring a tailored and effective coaching experience.

02.

First Session & Programming

During your first session with your assigned coach, they will screen to evaluate your current fitness levels and any particular needs you may have. The coach will review the details from your initial consultation to confirm they understand your goals and preferences, and will also explain their coaching style and methods. They will then personalize your training program using the information gathered. This program will be recorded by the coach through various methods that are accessible at any time, allowing you to track your training and progress weekly. If needed, a nutrition plan tailored to your specific needs and preferences will also be developed.

03.

Personal Training or Online Training

You'll attend your scheduled personal training sessions with your assigned coach. Before each session, you'll get a warm-up routine to complete on your own to get ready for the workout. Generally, you'll spend about 40-60 minutes of each session working directly with your coach, and then finish the remaining exercises on your own. Your coach will help with important practical elements of training that are key to your progress. Additionally, you'll receive ongoing support customized to your goals to help you stay on track with your fitness journey.
